Peter Visscher is a Professional Engineer with an extensive background in vehicle design, testing, operation, diagnostics, and repair and has been employed at Argo / Ontario Drive & Gear for ten years. After working for several years designing suspensions and transmissions for off-road vehicles, Peter began working on planetary rovers. During the next 8 years, Peter assumed the role of lead designer and program manager for all Lunar Rover prototypes, and, along with his team, has participated in numerous lunar rover test campaigns around the world with both CSA and NASA. In 2014, Peter led the commercialization of Argo’s lunar rover design in the form of the J5 Rover. This was followed by the Atlas J6 and J8 commercial mobility robots in 2015, as well as two Canadian Space Agency rover prototypes known as SPRP and LRD-VADR. Peter’s favourite movie is “The Martian”, not because he dreams of being an astronaut, but because he is a regular guy who likes growing potatoes.

Jason wants to live in a world where robots do all the dangerous tasks that normally endanger the lives of the people around us.
As a sales professional with more than 25 years of experience in a variety of technical industries, Jason is dedicated to helping companies, government, and organizations with innovative unmanned ground vehicle solutions.
When he’s not busy explaining what autonomous extreme terrain robots can do and how cool Argo XTR solutions are, he can be found sweating it out in a high intensity spin class or explaining that amphibiosity is actually a word.
